Diploma in Pharmacy Ayurvedic for Upvaid Course

Applications are invited for two years diploma in Pharmacy (Ayurvedic) Upvaid Course for the session 2017-18 in Government Ayurvedic College, Patiala and Private colleges which are situated in different place in the state of Punjab


Duration of the Course: 2 years


No. of Seat: Malwa Institute of Pharmacy (Ayurveda) Binjoki Khurd, Malerkotla (Sangrur) - 60 Seats



Eligibility
Candidate must have passed 10+2 Examination or its equivalent examination as regular or open school candidate from a recognized institution situated in Punjab. Preference will be given to candidates who have passed 10+2 examination or its equivalent examination in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics
If candidate(s) from Punjab are not available then candidates from other states shall be considered


Age Limit
The candidates must have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the corresponding year
No of Seats/Reservation/Fee/Selection admission and other conditions shall be as notified by the Punjab Govt. No. 12/1/08-85HBIII/3947 dated 13th October 2016 and Corrigendum /Amendment from time to time



Application
The application forms along with brochure can be had from the office of the principal, Government Ayurvedic College, Patiala and concern college from 06th October 2017
Admission to D. Pharmacy in Ayurveda (Up-Vaid) will be strictly made on the basic of application from attached in the Prospectors 2017-18


Application Fee
On counter by hand Rs.250/- and by post Rs. 300/- at all colleges

Last Date of Submission of Form: 14th October 2017 upto 05.00 pm


Date of Counseling: 27th October 2017 at 09.00 am


Candidates having upto 50% marks and above in any stream of 10+2 General category Punjab Candidates: 28th October 2017 at 9:00 am
